Apparently not for the iPhone

I like the graphics and movement for this game after the first game. I got to where there were no more moves so how about I restart? Ummm, where is the menu? Is it the teeny tiny little line at the top of the screen that doesnt respond when you tap it? I tried it using landscape and still no access to a new game or settings. Solution? Delete.
